Ticket Purchase and Refunds:
All tickets purchased for the Rambleforce event are non-refundable. However, tickets may be transferred to a future Rambleforce event, subject to availability and with prior approval from the organisers.
Requests for ticket transfers must be made in writing to the organisers at least 15 days prior to the scheduled event date.
Merchandise Availability:
Merchandise at the Rambleforce event is offered on a first come, first served basis.
The organisers do not guarantee the availability of any specific merchandise items, and availability may vary depending on demand.
No reservations or holds will be accepted for merchandise items.
Equipment Requirements for Organised Hikes:
Participants intending to join organised hikes as part of the Rambleforce event must ensure they have the appropriate equipment as specified by the Organisers.
The Organisers reserve the right to refuse participation in organised hikes to individuals who do not possess the necessary equipment deemed essential for safety.
It is the responsibility of participants to familiarise themselves with the required equipment list provided by the Organisers
prior to the event and to come prepared accordingly.
Failure to comply with the equipment requirements may result in exclusion from participating in organised hikes, and no refunds or compensation will be provided in such cases.
Equipment List:
Sturdy hiking boots with ankle support and good traction.
Base layer.
Warm top layer.
Waterproof and windproof outer layer.
Hat and gloves.
A comfortable and appropriately sized backpack, with waterproof covering to carry all necessary gear.
Sunscreen / sunglasses.
Fully charged mobile phone (consider signing up to 999 SMS alert https://www.emergencysms.net/).
Tick repellent.
2 litres of water.
High-energy snacks and lunch for all day hikes.
First aid kit with essentials like bandages, antiseptic wipes, adhesive tape, pain relievers, and blister treatment.
Whistle.
Personal medication and any required medical supplies.
Trekking poles (optional).

Please read the following disclaimer carefully before purchasing your Rambleforce ticket. By participating in this event, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below:
Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in the Rambleforce walking event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, risks associated with walking on varying terrain, potential encounters with wildlife, and exposure to weather conditions. I voluntarily assume all such risks and accept full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may result from my participation.
Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the organisers, sponsors, volunteers, or any affiliated individuals or entities involved in the Rambleforce walking event (collectively referred to as "Organisers") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the Organisers or otherwise, while participating in the event.
Safety Precautions: I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure my own safety during the Rambleforce walking event. I will adhere to all safety guidelines provided by the Organisers, including but not limited to, staying on designated paths, following instructions from event staff, and using appropriate equipment.
Medical Clearance: I certify that I am physically fit to participate in the Rambleforce walking event and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely engaging in such activities. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional prior to participating if I have any concerns about my health or ability to participate.
Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organisers from any and all liabilities or claims made by other individuals or entities as a result of my actions during the Rambleforce walking event.
Photography and Likeness: I consent to the use of any photographs, video recordings, or other media taken of me during the event for promotional or marketing purposes by the Organisers.
Modification of Terms: The Organisers reserve the right to modify, update, or change the terms of this disclaimer at any time without prior notice. It is my responsibility to review the disclaimer periodically for any changes.
By participating in the Rambleforce event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this disclaimer. I understand that this is a legally binding agreement and that by purchasing a Rambleforce Event ticket or participating in the event, I waive certain legal rights.
